Early Rising for Health

Early rising is good for health. It presents fitness to enable working all day long with high energy It is also suitable for enough studies, work and enjoying the fresh air of the morning. Early rising means the habit of getting up early in the morning. This habit is very useful to a man in various ways. 

Early rising must be maintained if any health wishes to enjoy the charms of the morning and enjoy a sound mind in a sound body. Regarding it an English proverb says, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." Really this proverb is correct. The man who rises early finds time to take some exercise or a walk in the morning fresh air and after then takes fresh food. The morning air refreshes both his mind and body. This certainly improves his fitness and increases his ability to work. This habit gives him an opportunity to enjoy the beauties of nature. 

This enables a man to begin his day's work early. He gets plenty of time in performing his duty. The importance of early rising in our practical life must be realized properly. It is beneficial to keep our fitness in this modern world.
