Necessity for Exercise

Physical exercise is the most Important pre-condition for good health. It helps us keep sound body. Necessity of Physical Exercise for the circulation of blood and digestion of food is a must.


There is a close relation between body and mind. "Sound mind in a sound body" is a wise saying. A sound body is not possible without taking regular exercise. We should have sound health for attaining every success in life. It makes our body active. Playing games like football, hockey, cricket, badminton tennis are very ideal Physical exercises. Walking, riding, swimming, gymnastics are also good forms of exercise. Here are tips about exercise.

All exercises are not suitable for all people. Swimming suits the young most. Running is good for middle aged men and fast walking is beneficial to the old man. We must remember that over exercise or unsuitable exercise is harmful for health. Morning is the best time for physical exercise. We may take exercise in the evening also. Regularity is the prerequisite of physical exercise. Exercise should not be taken just before or after taking food. Besides, different, exercises should be taken in different ages.

Necessity of Physical Exercise is for body and mind. It makes our limbs and muscles strong. It also makes our body fit to protect us from diseases. It keeps us sound and healthy. Physical exercise is the source of sound health and sound health is the key to success in life.
