Great care during winter




During winter months to take great care of the health is very important. Eat better fresh, sleep sound, gets a lot  of exercise, avoid especially as long as exposure to the disease through a wave of cold and flu. Exercises to work or heat, absent from school in good hands if you are infected. 

Most of the relevant facts and the rest of the day of sore throats and colds or flu. Extra care for the respective season to be free from seasonal diseases.
