Maintain healthy lifestyles

It is important to maintain the healthy lifestyle in  the months of winter. There Start with a balanced diet and lots of drinking water, and gets good sleep every night 7-8 hours. Avoid eating sugar, unhealthy fat and heavy foods filled with carbohydrates, especially holiday during the season. 

There reduce the number of alcoholic drinks they can do your calorie full. Dehydration, and uncomfortable the next morning.
